In Right at Home, we are looking for compassionate and competent people like you to play the role of Caregivers to take care of our clients in a professional and compassionate manner in the comfort of their own homes. As a Caretaker you will be responsible to assist individuals with daily activities and tasks that give them the possibility to live more independent lives. The ideal candidate is someone kind-hearted and has good organizational skills.

- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
- Plan and meal and snack preparation.
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.).
- Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop.
- Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own.
- Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
- Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
- Be 18 years old or older.
- Valid driver's license (not permit) and insured car that can be with you during the shifts.
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
- Respectful and compassionate and strong ethics.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
