We are seeking to hire a full-time home health recruiter to actively source talent to our organization. The Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for the overall recruitment, compliance, and initial onboarding of all new hires for our agency. Our agency is rapidly growing and we are in need of an experienced, dedicated, sales oriented, and passionate individual that has a strong knowledge of recruiting in the home health industry.
THE CANDIDATE MUST RESIDE IN PINELLAS COUNTY
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Call and conduct pre screening phone interviews with all caregiver applicants
- Conduct in-person interviews of prospective caregivers
- Collect and store all required documents from new hires for employment
- Train new hires on the use of or mobile application
- Conduct first day orientation with all new hires including company policies and procedures
- Run or schedule prospective caregivers for the level 2 background screenings
·NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Other general office and clerical functions.
- Other duties assigned by Operations Manager
- Work directly with scheduling coordinators to identify staffing needs
EDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES / AVAILABILITY
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Basic office, computer skills, and organizational abilities. Excellent interpersonal relations abilities. Excellent telephone skills.
- Knowledge of common medical terminology.
- Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.

Experience:
- Scheduling: 1 year minimum in healthcare recruitment
