WHO ARE WE?
At Right at Home of Salt Lake, we are committed to supporting our vulnerable population of seniors and adults with disabilities. We provide essential in-home care services, and we are currently seeking caregivers in the Salt Lake area.
BENEFITS AS AN IN-HOME CAREGIVER FOR WEEKENDS
- Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $16.50 up to $18.00 per hour, minimum $25.00 per shift
- Raises possible: 60 days and annual reviews, as long as you have consistently hours
- Receive a generous bonus after 30 days of employment! All you need to do is work consistently with us for at least 20 hours and complete the state-required documents within 2 weeks
- Paid mileage between clients' visits, as long as it's less than an hour between
- Extraordinary CNA school Program. Ask for details!

- Ongoing required Training
- 24-hour on-call line for client questions and any emergencies regarding immediate schedule needs or changes

DAY TO DAY AS AN IN-HOME CAREGIVER FOR WEEKENDS
As a Skilled Caregiver at Right at Home SLC, you will be essential in enhancing the quality of life for both female and male clients. Your role encompasses providing companionship, fostering meaningful connections that uplift their spirits. You will assist with personal hygiene tasks, including peri-care, bathroom assistance, and brief changes, ensuring clients' comfort and dignity. Additionally, you'll manage light housekeeping tasks to create a clean and safe environment, and prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs. Your responsibilities will also include providing transportation for outings or appointments, keeping clients socially engaged and active.
Moreover, you'll offer timely medication reminders to help clients maintain their health effectively. This multifaceted position is designed for compassionate individuals dedicated to positively impacting the lives of others.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN IN-HOME CAREGIVER FOR WEEKENDS
- Over 18 years old
- Experience in managing dementia and behavioral conditions
- Valid driver's license and access to a car
- Ability to pass background
- Eligibility to work in the United States
