About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to help us grow through relationship-building and community outreach. This is a part-time role (30 hours/week) with a $10/hr base pay, plus a commission-based bonus structure for every new client you help bring in.
You’ll work closely with our Care Director, visiting referral sources, nurturing leads, and supporting new client onboarding.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners: hospitals, clinics, rehab centers, senior communities, and more.
Create and follow a weekly drop-in schedule, reviewed with the Care Director and recapped daily.
Log each visit with a quick check-in: send location, snap a photo (for possible social media), and collect a business card.
Enter all new contacts into our CRM (WellSky) to ensure consistent follow-up.
Support the client intake process—from scheduling assessments to caregiver introductions.
Performance-Based Bonuses
Earn bonuses for each new client who starts care in a given month:
1st Client: $100
2nd Client: $150
3rd Client: $200
4th Client: $250
Bonuses reset monthly, with a target of 4 new client starts per month.
Compensation Summary
Base Pay: $1,200/month (30 hours/week at $10/hr)
Bonuses: Up to $700/month
Target Monthly Earnings: $1,900
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to help others
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Comfortable driving around the Rosenberg, Richmond, Sealy and Fulshear area
Basic tech skills; CRM experience is a plus (we’ll train you on WellSky)
Background in home care, healthcare, or sales is helpful—but not required
