Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Right At Home Southwest Houston , a leading provider of in-home care services. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing referral relationships, increasing client acquisition, and promoting our home care services within the Southwest Houston area. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, relationship management, and industry knowledge to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales and Business Development
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, and physicians.
Generate and qualify new client leads through networking, cold calling, and community outreach.
Promote in-home care services to families and individuals in need of assistance.
Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to assess needs and recommend services.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
2. Relationship Management & Outreach
Attend networking events, senior care expos, and industry conferences to increase brand awareness.
Maintain a strong presence in the local community through engagement with community organizations, senior groups, and healthcare professionals.
Provide educational presentations about home care services to potential clients, families, and referral partners.
3. Client Onboarding & Coordination
Work closely with the care coordination team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Follow up with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Monitor competitor activities and identify market trends to adjust sales strategies.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and referral partner contacts in the system.
Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications & Skills :
Experience : 2 years in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in home care, healthcare, or senior services).
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
Networking Ability : Comfortable with outreach, attending events, and connecting with referral partners.
Sales-Driven : Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with home care services, senior care, and healthcare referral networks is a plus.
Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation : Frequent travel within the service area is required.
