Compensation: Base Salary of $3,500/month $2,150/month bonus upon achieving 6 new client starts
About Us: Right at Home is an in home care agency experiencing significant growth.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Liaison to expand our client base and strengthen community relationships. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to provide exceptional home care services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Community Liaison or in a similar role within the in-home care industry.
- Established connections in Seguin, Floresville, Jourdanton, South San Antonio, and surrounding areas; experience in Corpus Christi is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule while achieving weekly KPI's
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve a monthly quota of 6 new client starts
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and referral sources within the designated zip codes.
- Conduct outreach activities, including calls and meetings, with availability during evenings and weekends as needed for prospect calls.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions using Wellsky.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Wellsky software for tracking outreach and client interactions.
- Familiarity with funding alternatives VA&A, VA, and LTCi.
