Your Role :
Provide direct support to the leadership team, including managing calendars, organizing schedules, and assisting with day-to-day tasks.
Perform general administrative tasks with precision and high attention to detail.
Take the lead on digital marketing, managing all social media platforms (, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to ensure timely posting and engagement with our community, caregivers, and veterans.
Bring creativity and strategy to social media and marketing efforts to elevate our brand presence.
Greet and interact with visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and route incoming calls efficiently.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Slack for office communications and project management.

Position Details :
Location : Right at Home office in El Cajon, serving South Bay and East County San Diego.
Hours : Full-time with potential flexibility for part-time.
Pay Range : $22-$27 / hour, depending on experience.
Benefits : Available after 90 days.
