RIGHT AT HOME is currently looking for a caring, honest, and compassionate individuals to fill various Home Care Aide (CNA / HCA) positions in N. King and Snohomish Counties. Home Care Aide (CNA / HCA) are there to assist and support the client in their own home with daily ADLS and IADLS.
Shift
Full Time / Part Time Shifts Available.
Responsibilities and Duties
Home Care Aide (HCA / CNA) are responsible for the tasks of personal care of the client’s ADLS and IADLS. To provide care and assistance for their everyday schedules to ensure their needs are meet with tasks like bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, transfers, and companionship.
Qualifications and Requirement
HCA / CNA WA license required.
Must be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the US
Up to date on CEUS
CPR / FA or acquire within 30 days of employment
Card Food Handlers Card or acquire within 30 days of employment
GED or High School Diploma
Must be able to past Background Check and Drug Test
Excellent interpersonal skills with patience and empathy
Communication skills for listening to direction and to the client’s requests and needs
Must be able to lift 35 pounds
Car and Current Auto Insurance preferred
