RIGHT AT HOME is currently looking for a caring, honest, and compassionate Home Care Aide (HCA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), or Exempt Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) to fill a part time position in Granite Falls. This is your chance to make a difference in the world by serving one person at a time. We are there to assist and support the client in their own home with daily ADLS and IADLS.

Salary

The base rate $21.00.

PAID travel time and mileage reimbursement in between client shifts when working back-to-back.

Shift

Part Time Shift one 6 hour shift per week. Day and time is flexible.

Responsibilities and Duties

Caregivers are responsible for the tasks of personal care of the client’s ADLS and IADLS. To provide care and assistance for their everyday schedules to ensure their needs are meet with tasks like bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, transfers, and companionship.

Qualifications and Requirement

HCA, CNA, or NAR (with exemption letter or currently enrolled or have completed the 75-hour training), License must complete a WA state-approved training program and WA license, if in schooling you have 200 days to get your license.

Must be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the US

Up to date on CEUS

CPR/FA Card

Food Handlers Card

GED or High School Diploma

Must be able to past Background Check and Drug Test

Excellent interpersonal skills with patience and empathy

Communication skills for listening to direction and to the client’s requests and needs

Must be able to lift 35 pounds
