Description :
The RN Care Supervisor position oversees the quality-of-care delivery for Right at Home. He / She is directly responsible for the initial client assessment, client on-boarding, plan of care, med management, caregiver training, caregiver supervision and client visits & counseling.

- Have worked in a Home Health Care setting (preferred)
- Have supervised Caregivers at all levels.
- Experienced in working with Dementia & Alzheimers patients.
- Have excellent communication skills and are able to communicate easily with people at all levels both verbally and in written form.
- Have great assessment skills as you can observe and report any signs or symptoms indicative of changes in condition of the client.
- Listen well, have great decision-making skills and are passionate about your customer focus.

Must Haves :
Graduate of an accredited nursing program, licensed in Massachusetts and preferably live on the South Shore, in Massachusetts.
1-2 years of nursing experience (home health / hospice preferred)
Registered Nurse (RN) must possess and maintain a current CPR certification
Knowledge, ability, and the necessary skill and judgment to perform all nursing procedures as outlined in the scope of practice in the State’s Nurse Practice Act and under the direction of the registered nurse and physician orders
Standard MS Office Skills
Registered Nurse (RN) must have a valid driver’s license and automobile in good working order.
Registered Nurse (RN) must be able to read, write, speak and understand English as needed in the job
Participate in in-service education programs as mandated by State law (this requirement need not be met exclusively through Right at Home sponsored in-services programs)
