Our clients are veterans and older adults who wish to remain living independently at home. They often require companionship, help around the house, personal care or cognitive and dementia support.

We are hiring an Inside Sales Manager to lead this important area in our Tucson office.

You’ll love coming to work every day as the Inside Sales Manager if you GET, WANT and have the CAPACITY to do the following things:
- Represent the Right at Home brand and core focus of helping people navigate the aging journey while remaining independently at home.
- Nurture prospective client relationships through phone, email and text communication.
- Ensure great first impressions and an extraordinary onboarding experience for new clients.
- Consistent persistence to connect with every lead from digital or local referral sources and following through to convert each lead into a client.
- Drive for growth of number of clients, service hours provided and revenue.
You’ll have success as the Inside Sales Manager if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
- Follow a clear inside sales process and focus sharply on results.
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy for prospective clients or family members as you help them identify needs and connect with Right at Home services.
- Coordinate your work with outside sales, marketing and client experience teams to ensure the most effective inside sales effort and new client onboarding process.
- Manage the company’s participation in referral programs and contracted referral partnerships.
We train our team to help them succeed and everyone on our team contributes to our success. In this role you will be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:
- 100% lead follow-up on an immediate basis.
- 50% inquiry to client conversion rate.
- 90% in-person assessment to conversion rate.
- 100% credentialing compliance with contracted referral programs.
If you have earned a bachelor’s degree and are willing to spend at least 45-50 hours per week working learning and hitting these numbers consistently, you will be recognized and rewarded for the value you create for our team, clients and employees. This includes sharing responsibility for responding to after-hours prospective client inquiries (nights, weekends, holidays).
