We are looking for a team player that is upbeat, loves to talk on the phone and think through scenarios that can change in an instant! Plays an integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff in ensuring the proper caregiver and client match. Seeking an enthusiastic partner to assist with:
SCHEDULING
- Answers telephone and takes inquiries or messages in an upbeat, professional manner in a fast paced environment.
- Schedules and coordinates day to day activities of caregivers.
- Responds promptly and courteously to all clients’ calls.
- Performs on-call coordinator duties every other weekend with compensation.
- Communicates continually with associates and clients to evaluate service.
- Ability to multitask in a high functioning office environment and problem solve, make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintains documentation of associate work record in ClearCare and ensures current and complete personnel records for all home care associates.
- Schedules and coordinates day to day activities of caregivers.
- Serves as liaison between associates and team leader.
- Maintains integrity in every interaction with caregivers and clients.
- Ability to live the Right at Home brand vision, mission, and values.
- Maintains professionalism in all interactions.
- Ability to relate to clients and care staff in a way that is sensitive to the unique needs of the individual.
- May interview, screen, and test all applicants and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Administrative support as needed.
EDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES / AVAILABILITY
- High School graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
- Basic office and computer skills and organizational abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal relations abilities.
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Knowledge of common medical terminology.
- Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
- Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
RECRUITING
- Manage job postings on CareerPlug and other recruiting platforms.
- Review resumes and respond to candidates.
- Phone screen Caregiver candidates.
- Schedule Caregiver candidates for in-house interview with Director and performs Caregiver. interviews when necessary.
- Handle reference checks.
- Assist with Onboarding as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
