Right at Home is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant! In this position you will be responsible for creating positive first impressions and efficiently managing all visitors, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of clerical duties in support of the branch office team and care staff. This position is also responsible for maintaining and presenting a professional and welcoming office experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive attitude and be open to input/feedback/suggestions from supervisor and colleagues at all times
- Answer multi-line phone system with the intent to support each caller and act as a liaison to connect the caller with the appropriate team member or other identified resource.
- Work with various stakeholders to modify messaging, talking points, and processes (as necessary) relative to the evolving needs of the branch office as it pertains to answering and triaging calls.
- Work on intermittent or ongoing projects by providing general administrative support such as: typing, proofreading, maintenance of excel spreadsheets, etc.
- Create, edit, format, copy, assemble and distribute various digital and printed resources
- Perform general office upkeep for the operation and presentation of a welcoming and professional business.
- Sign for deliveries when necessary and notify recipients.
- Sort mail and distribute to the staff.
- Responsible for maintaining office equipment and making maintenance calls, as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining stock of all office supplies and ordering additional supplies on an as needed basis.
- Ensure office and training room are presentable and well stocked for meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain honesty and integrity in all work and interactions with team members, vendors, and all other stakeholders.
- Suggest solutions and determine enhanced efficiencies of job duties.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Successful candidates will have:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years' receptionist / administrative experience.
- Software applications to include internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience managing a multi-line phone system.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of people and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
- PC skills, and a familiarity with office equipment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Ability to work in a discrete manner maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
