Right at Home is looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator! In this position you will responsible for maintaining the client and caregiver relationship and help to provide a “best in home care” experience for clients and employees. This position plays an integral role interfacing with caregiver staff in ensuring the proper caregiver and client match.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Match caregivers with clients to ensure the best possible experience
- Handle incoming referrals with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage caregiver and client schedules
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a dynamic office setting
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
- Uphold Right at Home’s core values: accountable, approachable, authentic, collaborative, and integrity
Successful candidates will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience managing a multi-line phone system
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality
