Caregiver Job Description

Position : Seeking CNAs / CHHAs

Pay : $15-$17 per Hour

Service Areas : Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Vero Beach, Sebastian, and Hobe Sound

Shifts : Day, Night, or Weekend Shifts - Flexible Schedules!

Availability : Part-Time and Full-Time with Open and Flexible Availability

Caregiver Responsibilities :

Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments and errands.
Adhere to professional standards and follow policies, procedures, and all applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
Complete state-approved CNA or HHA certification training course.
Work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks safely.

Caregiver Requirements :

HHA certificate or CNA license.

Level 2 Background w / fingerprints.

Palm Beach County Caregiver Badge (if HHA).

Valid Driver's License.

Auto Insurance.

CPR Certified.

TB or Chest X-ray.

Alzheimer's certificate (2 hours training required).

HIV certificates.

Assisting with Self-Administration of Medications certificate.

One letter of recommendation.

Must be actively engaging with clients.

Must be proficient in English.
