Right at Home Wilmington is actively hiring Nurse Aides in the Wilmington, NC area. We're hiring for the following shifts :
Monday- Saturday : 12pm-4pm
Sunday : 10am-4pm
Here's what you can expect :
Your client currently requires a sit-stand transfer machine. You will provide bedbound care and hands-on assistance with dressing. You will also help your client to perform routine grooming such as brushing teeth and hair.
Nurse Aides will provide companionship for your client - Experience with non-verbal communication techniques are a Plus! Your client is unable to communicate verbally but able to nod yes and no and make facial expressions to indicate likes and dislikes.
The Nurse Aide should be able to prepare a healthy meal for your client and assist with feeding.
Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed. This may include cleaning floor, cleaning bathroom and bedroom, kitchen, laundry and linens change.
- An NA1 license, valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and current TB skin test are all required for this position
