About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide to join our team at Right at Home Nature Coast. As a CNA/Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide assistance with ambulation and transfers.
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients.
- Administer medication reminders.
- Offer light housekeeping services.
- Provide companionship and social interaction.
- Transport clients to appointments or other destinations.
Requirements:
- CNA certification or successful completion of a written Home Health Aide Competency and Skills Evaluation.
- A sympathetic attitude towards the care of clients and their families.
- A valid driver's license and use of an insured automobile for work-related tasks.
- Ability to pass a level 2 background check.
- Capacity to pass a comprehensive drug screen.
