Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate personal care to clients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document patient health, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including laundry and light housekeeping tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs, promoting independence and well-being.
What We Need From You:
- A Valid (NJS) CHHA Certification
- Valid ID and Social Security Card
- PPD or chest x-ray
