Right at Home is a premier home care agency serving Lake and Sumter Counties and The Villages. With a reputation for excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Client Care Coordinator to promote excellent customer service. We are looking for a full-time team member who is smart and confident with the ability to multi-task and maintain a very busy and dynamic workload.
The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for promoting sales/growth and creating a positive identity for the company through exceptional customer service. This employee conveys a strong need to win, does not give up, and is energized by developing and meeting annual sales goals. The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience and have the ability to positively manage a designated client base.

Essential Functions
· Take new sales calls and explain the services we provide.
· Provide exceptional customer service and critical thinking for all clients and employees.
· Work closely with team members and clients to ensure ongoing client satisfaction
· Ability to answer questions regarding medical services/products and pricing.
· Arrange for patients to receive medical services/products in a timely manner.
· Assist with in-home assessments as needed.
· Remain in continuous contact with clients to ensure satisfaction with services.
· Help to create positive team atmosphere in the office and with caregiver team
· Increase care hours with clients and gain market share
· Assist marketing team with events and activities as needed.
Qualifications
· Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred, high school graduate minimum
· Able to pass Level II Background Screening
· Self-starter and independent, confident thinker
· Ability to handle conflict resolution efficiently and professionally
· Valid driver license with clean driving record
