Right at Home is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Care Supervisor - Home Care to lead our client care team in delivering exceptional, compassionate home care services. This role is a blend of field and office responsibilities, including direct care, caregiver support, and administrative duties to ensure the highest quality of service for our clients. This is a full-time, salaried position with regular hours of Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
Client Care Supervisor - Home Care will be required to cover from the Waukegan area to the north, and to the Arlington Heights area to the south.
Key Responsibilities of Client Care Supervisor - Home Care :
- Direct Client Support: Provide hands-on care for clients, including emergency support for call-offs and urgent client needs.
- In-Home Client Assessments: Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments for prospective clients and re-assessments for existing clients to ensure evolving care needs are met.
- Caregiver Mentorship: Train and mentor caregivers in the field, run skills labs for new hire orientations, and introduce caregivers to new clients during Meet & Greets to ensure a smooth start.
- Care Plan Coordination: Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to develop, maintain and update individualized care plans, ensuring safe, meaningful, and person-centered care.
- Quality Assurance & Supervisory Visits: Conduct regular in-home supervisory visits to assess caregiver performance and client satisfaction, aligning care standards with company policies.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, documentation, and client communications; handle phone calls and perform data entry as needed.
Qualifications of Client Care Supervisor - Home Care :
- CNA certification with a minimum of 2 years of experience, licensed by IDPH.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some business experience is a plus.
- Reliable, insured vehicle with a valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to provide feedback and foster a collaborative environment.
- Experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment and a commitment to excellence.
