Requirements :
- Six months experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and / or CNA in health care (in homes or facilities) and successful completion of a State approved.
- CNA license or Home Health Aide (HHA)certificate AND the Palm Beach county badge.
- A current CPR Certificate (NOT ONLINE)
- TB OR CHEST XRAY
- LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CHECK DONE THROUGH AHCA
- CEU's (Alzheimer's Must be approved) HIV / AIDS, AND ASSISTING WITH SELF-ADMINISTRATION OF MEDICATION CERTIFICATES. (2 hours or more)
- 1 REFERENCE LETTER
- MUST present TWO acceptable forms of identification. EX : SS CARD AND D.L
- Meets the requirements for employees providing direct patient care
- Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
