Right at Home is looking for an experienced Director of People Strategy to own the corporate and company owned employee experience by partnering with the VP of People Strategy in leading division HR teams, and leading and facilitating professional development and DEI initiatives. Day-to-day People Strategy functions include employee relations, culture, recruiting efforts, onboarding/offboarding, professional development, benefits administration and HRIS management.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Consistently upholds and demonstrates the Right at Home core values: Authentic, Accountable, Collaborative, Integrity and Approachable
  • Lead HR corporate and company owned HR teams
  • Partner with the VP of People Strategy to set overall direction of initiatives and projects
  • Execute on Employee Strategy for corporate and company owned initiatives
  • Stay tuned to evolving HR policies, regulations and best practices
  • Oversee the process to audit and update required employment policies
  • Escalation person for all HR matters
  • Lead teams in creating and maintaining a great culture of accountability, consistency and transparency
  • Identify and prepare employees to ensure continuity of critical roles 
  • Ensure corporate policies and programs are implemented and adhered to uniformly
  • Oversee HRIS Management to ensure data integrity
  • Assist with the corporate Wellness Program and help implement wellness related initiatives
  • Working with leadership, oversee internal communications
  • Manage, analyze, and determine the compensation structure for all current and future positions 
  • Recommend, design and facilitate various professional development programs, new hire training programs and DEI initiatives
  • Research, develop, recommend, and execute creative strategies to implement for the organization's DEI goals
  • Create presentations and written communications for various programs and initiatives
Successful candidates will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR Management, Psychology or related field
  • 5 years of progressive related experience
  • 3 years experience directly managing professional level employees
  • 3 years experience working with both hourly and salaried level employees
  • Ability to work in a discrete manner maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information/acquisitions 
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task and work with little direction in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to analyze information, solve problems, critical thinking, and make decisions
  • Ability to assimilate new concepts and information quickly
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of people and maintain a positive attitude at all times 
  • Motivated to do the right things for the right reasons
  • Lifelong learner
  • Ability to work independently, manage own workload, and complete tasks in a timely manner         
  • The desire to work hard, have fun, laugh with colleagues, and embrace accountability
