Right at Home is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing professional with a proven track record of outside sales growth and ability to foster on-going business relationships! The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive and lasting relationships within the local community and surrounding areas, increasing weekly care hours, developing a profitable referral source pipeline and gaining market share through increased brand awareness. In this role, you will also manage online presence, ad campains and marketing collateral, as well as you will have the opportunity to create and implement new, innovative campains and programs, learn new things, challenge yourself personally and professionally and realize the results of your unique efforts. The core competencies for our dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator are : Verbal Communication, Creativity, Organization, Listening, Likeability, Trustworthiness, Tenacity, Energy, Inspirational / Influentional.Our MUST-HAVE'S :
- MUST have at least two (2) years of experience in sales and marketing position, preferably within the medical field
- MUST possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- MUST be a Self-Starter, with proven track record of success in outside sales growth
- MUST have knowledge and experience with online Marketing, pay-per-click, publications and print media
- MUST be enthusiastic, energetic, upbeat individual who enjoys interactions with others, while maintaining professionalism at all times, able to multi-task and have excellent follow-through
- MUST have the desire and ability to gain knowledge and insight of Non-Medical Homecare industry, and how we support and work with other industry partnersOther Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license, reliable and insured vehicle
- Must be able to pass criminal history background check and drug screenJob Type : Full-TimeCompensation : Base Hourly Rate of $27.00 per hour, with bi-weekly sales bonuses.
