Position Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Licensure : Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of management experience in home care, home health, or hospice.
Standards : Complies with accepted professional standards and practices.
Health Clearance : Pre-employment health clearance, including a negative TB test.
Skills and Attributes

Clinical Expertise :
Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Proficiency with ALZ, dementia, and Parkinsons.
Experience in managing and evaluating patient outcomes.
Familiarity with state and federal regulations in home health care.
Leadership and Management :
Proven ability to supervise and guide caregivers in providing high-quality care.
Skilled in managing schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
Interpersonal Skills :
Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
High level of empathy and cultural sensitivity.
Communication :
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide clear and accurate documentation of care.
Problem Solving :
Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Adaptability in handling unexpected challenges and emergencies.
Organization :
Excellent time-management and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and ability to prioritize responsibilities.
Excellent documentation management skills
Technology Proficiency :
Familiarity with scheduling and reporting software.
Knowledge of Wellsky is a plus, will train
