What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care Administrative Assistant position at Right At Home?
Right at Home is seeking a full-time Home Care Administrative Assistant. This employee will be joining a very cohesive and successful team. First and foremost, we need someone that has a passion for caring for others and brings a can-do positive attitude to our office. The key tasks of this job are :
Assist with Phone Support
Cross train and assist with scheduling Caregivers on shifts with clients
Cross train and assist with the interview process of Caregivers as they enter our office.
Provide Caregiver Introductions to Clients and families.
Assemble Orientation and Client Packets
Documentation in Healthcare Electronic Medical Record
Assist with Long Term Billing
Participate in On Call Rotation every 5 weeks.
And any other duties that can take Right at Home North Dallas to the next level
Education, Skills and Experience
- Preferred Healthcare Experience
- Graduation from high school or GED or a combination of education, training and experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Computer skills including Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel and EMR.
- A strong team player able to demonstrate a commitment to the values and mission of Right at Home.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a valid State of Texas driver's license.
