Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and document vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
- Help clients with mobility, including transferring and lifting when necessary.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation as required by the company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide is preferred.
- Experience in home care or assisted living environments is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and families.
- Ability to observe patient conditions and report changes accurately.
- Knowledge of medical documentation practices is essential.
