Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment.
- Implement care plans tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care progress.
- Document daily activities and any changes in client condition accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving or a related field, particularly with seniors or disabled adults.
- Strong understanding of geriatric care principles and practices.
- Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation for travel between client homes if required.
- Basic first aid knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
