Payrate: $30-$35/hr. (based on experience and other factors)
About Us: Right at Home is an in-home care service provider for residents of Ocean and Southern Monmouth Counties. We provide services for seniors and disabled adults who need some assistance with daily living. By doing so, we allow our clients to enjoy the ability to stay home longer and have a better overall quality of life. We have been taking care of our neighbors since 2004 and have been growing ever since.
Responsibilities as an LPN:
- Visits and Shift work to clients homes and facilities.
- Perform assigned duties, including but not limited to administration of medication, wound care, medical treatments, and procedures as per Director of Nursing.
- Monitoring clients' conditions and reporting changes to the Director of Nursing
- Following up with, executing, and properly documenting orders from client’s physician or the Director of Nursing
- Accurate and precise case management and coordination.
- Administer other skilled nursing needs as directed in plan of care.
- Assist individuals, as necessary in daily living skills.
Requirements:
- Valid New Jersey LPN License
- Valid Driver's License
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to read, right and understand English.
- Proof of a 1 step PPD or QuantiFERON. If the PPD/QuantiFERON is positive, a chest X-Ray is required.
- Must provide proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or Proper Exemptions
- Liability Insurance Required
- CPR Certification Preferred
