Position Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Licensure: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of management experience in home care, home health, or hospice.
- Standards: Complies with accepted professional standards and practices.
- Health Clearance: Pre-employment health clearance, including a negative TB test.

- Clinical Expertise:
- Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Proficiency with ALZ, dementia, and Parkinsons.
- Experience in managing and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations in home health care.
- Leadership and Management:
- Proven ability to supervise and guide caregivers in providing high-quality care.
- Skilled in managing schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
- High level of empathy and cultural sensitivity.
- Communication:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide clear and accurate documentation of care.
- Problem Solving:
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Adaptability in handling unexpected challenges and emergencies.
- Organization:
- Excellent time-management and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize responsibilities.
- Excellent documentation management skills
- Technology Proficiency:
- Familiarity with scheduling and reporting software.
