What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing Coordinator position at Right at Home?
The Staff Coordinator (SC) assesses client needs, analyzes data to qualify available caregivers, and determines the best client/caregivers match for placement. This position is required to work every weekend Sat and Sun 8am-5pm with having two days off during the week.
The SC is also responsible for coordinating introductions between clients and caregivers and ensuring client needs are being met. The SC holds the responsibility of delivering empathy, compassion, and top-tier service to caregivers, directly influencing caregiver retention rates.
