Duties:
- Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs
- Establish and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to foster a sense of community
- Monitor and document student attendance, progress, and incidents
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years old
- College credits in early childhood education, child development, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 25lbs and meet state-specific requirements (CPR, Mandated Reporter training, TB test)
