We are seeking a Part-Time After-School Site Program Manager to join our team at Ascent Classical Academy of Northern Denver. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing program materials, delivering dynamic daily curriculum, and modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize program materials and deliver daily curriculum to engage students in academic and social character-building activities
- Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain student safety and well-being
- Communicate with parents, staff, and school personnel to ensure seamless program implementation
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess one of the following:
- A 4-year degree in elementary education or a related field
- A 2-year degree with 6 months of experience working with children under 13 years old
- 5,460 hours of experience working with school-aged children with 6 semesters of schooling or 40 clocked hours of training
