Job Description:
This role entails delivering quality enrichment programs for children using our internally crafted Disguised Learning curriculum. You will develop and coach a team who are passionate about providing a safe, fun, engaging environment. You will work closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience. You will instill the Right At School footprint by participating in local community events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement enrichment programs for children aged 5-12 years old.
- Mentor and coach a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs.
- Collaborate with school administrators to ensure seamless integration with existing school programs.
- Promote Right At School's brand and values within the community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in child development or education.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
