This role involves managing multiple sites, ensuring high-quality program delivery, maintaining profit & loss responsibility, and promoting the program at school and community events.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement Right At School's curriculum and maintain quality standards
- Maintain direct profit & loss responsibility for assigned programs
- Market and promote the program at relevant events
- Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures
- Build collaborative relationships with schools, parents, and staff
- Manage HR functions, including scheduling, hiring, and employee development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 2 years as a multi-unit manager
- Direct P & L experience
- Knowledge of child care licensing regulations preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and foster teamwork
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Able to pass a background check, including MVR
- Travel to schools within assigned footprint
