Job Role:
We are seeking a dedicated educator to join our team as an Extended Day Instructor. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children under 13 years of age and a strong commitment to healthy living. As an instructor, you will be responsible for delivering our dynamic daily curriculum, organizing program materials, and maintaining the safety and well-being of all children.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons and activities that expand school day learning in a meaningful way
- Organize program materials, document attendance, incidents, and other observations
- Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety and well-being of all children
Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
- College credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, or a related field preferred
- Ability to lift 25lbs
