Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Part-Time Program Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality enrichment programs to children using our Disguised Learning curriculum, working closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience, and instilling the Right At School footprint through local community events.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality enrichment programs to children, utilizing our internally crafted Disguised Learning curriculum.
- Work collaboratively with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience and promote student engagement.
- Develop and maintain safety standards, including supervision and program paperwork.
- Participate in local community events to build relationships and promote the Right At School brand.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED completed.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children, preferably in a formal childcare setting.
- Knowledge of unique and special needs, as well as oral, written, and visual communication skills.
- The ability to model professional standards when interacting with students, parents, staff, and community members.
- Familiarity with Google technology software or a willingness to learn.
