Job Summary
We are seeking an Education Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs to children aged 5-12.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and a commitment to providing a safe and engaging learning environment for children.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff
- Monitor and record student progress, attendance, and incident reports
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver educational programs
Requirements:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field
- Experience working with children aged 5-12
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- Meet state-specific requirements; LIVE Scan Fingerprint, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate/ Cleared TB, CPR/FA
