We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an After School Learning Facilitator. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way.
**Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Organizing program materials for lessons and activities
- Documenting attendance, incidents, and other observations
- Delivering our curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building
- Modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being, and attention of all children
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills with varied audiences, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- At least 2 years of experience working with children 5-13 years of age in a formal childcare setting
- College credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, or a related field preferred
