Part-Time After-School Site Program Manager:

$25-$27.50 per hour (based on education, experience)

Position Details

• Work Days: Monday-Friday 2:30 pm -5:30 pm and any early release days. Must be able to work Monday through Friday.
• Site Location: 5061 E 160th Avenue, Brighton, CO, 80602
• No Weekends
• Start Date: Immediate
• Starting Wage: $25-$27.50 per hour

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older
• One year of supervisory experience
• Verifiable education/experience
• 4yr degree education, elementary education, specialty in art/human service (social work, psych, etc.) OR 2yr degrees and 6mo (910 hrs) of experience from the age of 18 OR 5,460 hrs of experience (2-3yrs) w/ 6 semesters of schooling or 40 clocked hours of training for school-aged children

You'll drive the mission by:

• Organizing program materials for lessons and activities, as well as documenting attendance, incidents and other observations
• Delivering our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way
• Using your coursework training and our in-person training, modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play
• Excellent communication skills with varied audiences including children, parents, staff and school personnel
• Modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety and well-being and attention of all children
• Meeting regularly with the Area Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability
