Right At School Educator and Substitute Educator
Job Summary:
Educators at Right At School are responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for students. They will deliver our dynamic daily curriculum, model positive guidance and effective classroom management, and maintain the safety and well-being of all children. Educators will also communicate with parents, staff, and school personnel to ensure a smooth program experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize program materials for lessons and activities, document attendance, incidents, and other observations
- Deliver our daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building
- Model positive guidance and effective classroom management
- Excellent communication skills with varied audiences
- Meets regularly with the Program Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability

Requirements:
- Proof of High school diploma/GED required
- Ability to meet state-specific requirements; FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB, Proof of MMR, and Food Handlers Card
- 18 years of age
