Educator: $17.00-$20.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Before School: 6:30 AM - 8:35 AM and/or After School: 2:35 PM - 6:00 PM
Drive the Mission by:
- Organizing program materials, documenting attendance and incidents, and supporting homework completion
- Delivering dynamic daily curriculum that engages children in academic and social character-building
- Modeling positive guidance, effective classroom management, and leading fun fitness activities
- Communicating effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel
- Meeting regularly with the Program Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability

Ideal Candidates will have the following:
- Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
- Works well in a team environment
- At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
- College credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education or a related field preferred
- Ability to lift 25lbs
- Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
- Ability to meet state-specific requirements; CPR, Mandated Reporter training, TB test, etc.
