Position : Educator | Pay : $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
Schedule : Monday-Friday After School | 3 : 15 PM - 6 : 00 PM
Your Role in Our Mission :
- Organize and prepare program materials for lessons and activities while managing attendance and documenting observations.
- Deliver an engaging daily curriculum that enhances children's academic and social development, effectively extending their school-day learning.
- Utilize training and techniques to model positive guidance and effective classroom management, ensuring the safety and well-being of children while facilitating homework help and leading fun physical activities.
- Communicate effectively with various audiences, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
- Regularly meet with the Program Manager to discuss professional development and team accountability.
