Educator Pay Range : $17.50-$19.50 per hour (depending on education and experience)
Shift Schedule : Before School : Monday- Friday, 5 : 45am-9 : 05am; After School : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 3 : 00pm-6 : 00pm; Wednesday, 1 : 25pm-6 : 00pm.
Your Role Will Include :
- Organizing program materials for lessons and activities, while documenting attendance, incidents, and observations.
- Delivering our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic learning and social skills development that complements their school-day education.
- Utilizing your training and ongoing professional development to model positive guidance and effective classroom management, ensuring children’s safety and engagement while supporting homework completion, leading fitness activities, and guiding play.
- Communicating effectively with diverse audiences, including children, parents, staff and school personnel.
- Conducting regular meetings with the Program Manager to discuss professional growth and team accountability.
