Compensation : $19-$21 / hour (dependent on education and experience)

Program Hours : Monday - Friday : 2 PM - 6 PM.

Your Role Will Include :

• Organizing lesson and activity materials while maintaining accurate documentation of attendance and observations.
• Delivering our engaging daily curriculum that enhances academic and social skills, making learning meaningful.
• Utilizing your training to provide positive guidance and effective classroom management, ensuring safety and focus while assisting with homework and leading fun activities.
• Communicating effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
• Regularly meeting with the Program Manager for professional development and team accountability.
