Exciting Opportunity : $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for Qualified Candidates!
Position : Program Manager
Hourly Pay : $21.00-$25.00 (based on education and experience)
Schedule : Monday-Friday, Before School : 6 : 45 AM - 9 : 00 AM and / or After School : 2 : 45 PM - 6 : 00 PM
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver engaging enrichment programs for children using our specially designed Disguised Learning curriculum.
- Develop and mentor a passionate team that prioritizes safety, fun, and engagement in the environment.
- Collaborate closely with principals and school staff to enhance the educational experience.
- Represent Right At School by actively participating in community events such as Back to School fairs, Right Club initiatives, Field Days, and more!
- Ensure safety standards are maintained, including supervision and managing program paperwork.
