Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize program materials and document attendance, incidents, and other observations
- Deliver dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building
- Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain safety and well-being
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel
Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
- Experience working with children under 13 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent; preferred: two years of college (48 units); or an A.A. degree (or higher)
- Ability to lift 25lbs
- Commitment to healthy living and inspiring a love of learning
