We're looking for part-time Program Managers to join our team. As a Program Manager, you'll drive the mission by:
- Organizing program materials and documenting attendance, incidents, and observations.
- Delivering our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building activities.
- Modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain safety and well-being.
- Communicating effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
- Meeting regularly with the Program Manager to discuss progress and accountability.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with children under 13 years old.
- Ability to lift 25lbs.
- Excellent communication skills with varied audiences.
- A drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
- Respect for and dedication to working with children with special needs.
Requirements include:
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Classroom management skills with the ability to model positive discipline.
- A passion for inspiring a love of learning and engaging children in interactive activities.
- Respect for and dedication to working with children.
- Two years of direct experience working with children under 13.
- One year of supervisory experience.
- Proof of High School Diploma or equivalent and 30 college credits.
- Ability to meet state-specific requirements.
