Tire Technician

Right Away Tire, an automotive hospitality company, is looking for an energetic Customer Experience Specialist to manage the planning and execution of several services, including lead technician service responsibilities and duties. This role is essential to Right Away’s vision of providing automotive hospitality nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for actively driving and managing the most technical stage of the service process performing as the key technical advisor

• Leading & managing a team of remote crew members focused on serving enterprise customers, while maintaining high levels of team engagement, productivity, and customer satisfaction

• Communicates effectively with customers and team members, and ensures all company obligations and service commitments are met with great safety and case

• Assists team in generating implementation plans for serving customers on a daily basis, and manages service plans from start to finish.

• Ability to carry out service tasks with great detail and care within a set time frame

• Works independently and as a team player, meeting deadlines and expectations

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once: uses work prioritization, planning, and task delegation

• Highly proficient in written and verbal communication with customers and team members

• Innovative and self-directed - the ability to adapt quickly and effectively in a fast-moving environment

• Ensures ongoing expertise regarding all relevant product and service information and updates, as well as industry trends, innovations, and best practices

• Provides technical escalation and is on-call via the company phone during work periods

• Semi-frequent heavy lifting will be required (up to 50-100 pounds)

• Driving multiple hours throughout the day is required (1 hr. and up to 4 hours total)

Requirements:

• Ability to demonstrate high-quality customer-centric service in a consistent and ongoing manner

• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once in an energizing, fast-paced environment

• College degree or equivalent training or experience in customer service preferred

• The right candidate thrives in a high-energy environment where tactical and strategic planning is expected

• Must be trainable and coachable

• Must be a confident self-starter, self-motivated team member, that can maintain a high level of organization and detailed work

• Experience with service processes and tasks

• Must be 21 or older due to federal regulations

• Must be able to work some evenings and weekends

• Valid Driver’s License and excellent driving record with applicant provided driving abstract

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
