Seeking a full time candidate with at least 2 years clinical experience in triage in a doctor office setting, a hospital setting, or a phone triage position. This positing is for a Chronic Care Management reviewer's position in telephone triage.
- This job is intended to be work from home, provided proficiency is demonstrated after 3 weeks of in person training.
- Training must be In person. Remote training is not an option. Training is in Bardstown KY.
The perfect candidate must have a minimum of 2-years clinical experience with triage in a doctor office setting, a hospital setting, or a phone triage position. Candidate must have extensive experience in navigating electronic health records and be proficient with medical terminology, medications, and related labs. This position relies heavily on the ability to quickly identify medications that are prescribed for specific diagnosis. Also, the ability to quickly navigate within a EMR system while speaking with patients. Must be able to type quickly without mistakes.
Task for the job include daily patient calls, charting assessment/triage information, scheduling appointments, chart audits and anything else necessary to ensure continuity of care for each patient.
- Candidate must be highly proficient with computer skills and demonstrate proficiency in in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills and be able to demonstrate critical thinking.
This position requires a highly self-motivated person, capable of time management. Candidate must have high speed internet with Ethernet capabilities and a designated home office that has a door that can be locked.
