Job Overview
Right Choice In-Home Care is seeking to hire a Care Coordinator to join our
team. If you are a highly motivated, compassionate individual who is looking for a great culture

Care Coordinator will report directly to the Operations Manager supporting
Community Services Programs like Independent Living Services (ILS), Money Management
Services (MMS) programs and other Community Based Services. These programs support
people with disabilities encouraging a less restrictive environment based on Person Centered
Planning, Self Determination and embracing the Independent Living philosophy.
Job Duties.
Train new staff on case management and helping participants reach their goals.
Oversight of staff/client schedules and billing.
Help build and grow our digital data base for community-based case support.
Assist in generating monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding of direct support staff
Ensuring compliance with regulations from the Department of Developmental Services
(DDS), Title 17 and 22 and the compiling of Special Incident Reports (SIRs).
Qualifications
Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication and organization skills.
Proficient in MS Office. Previous experience working with individuals with developmental
disabilities preferred. Fluency in Spanish preferred. Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
